Since 2004, Love In the Name of Christ (INC) of the Newberg Area has worked with local churches and Christians to serve thousands of families and individuals in need here in the Newberg area.

The Clearinghouse is the main hub and office space for Love INC. Through the Clearinghouse we:
Receive requests for help
Screen the requests for extent of need and legitimacy
Refer the requests to a local church ministry or community agency
Love INC is the body of Christ working together to empower and transform lives!

Love INC strives to fill gaps in services and resources in the community by helping local churches develop ministries that meet tangible needs in our area without duplication.
This is the foundation of Love INC and the best way to introduce people in need to your church and the love of Christ!

RELATIONAL MINISTRY
The Love INC Relational Ministry program is a place where Love INC clients (mentees) attend a 2 hour class each week for 8-12 weeks on various topics. These topics facilitate transformation from a poverty mentality to a freedom in Christ mindset. The first 45 minutes is a classroom format. During the last 45 minutes of each week's class, clients (mentees) spend time one-on-one with a volunteer mentor.
Classes are held Tuesday nights, from 6-8 PM.

Women's Transitional Living Program
The mission of the Women's Transitional Living Program is to provide women with a safe home and opportunities to achieve stability.
Studies show that lasting life transformation happens when people engage in new relationships that model health and mutual respect. The consistent presence of a varied pool of Christ followers in the lives of the women we serve is powerful when combined with the positive case management Love INC staff provides.
The Women's Transitional Living Program provides opportunities for Christians to put feet to their faith and use their God-given gifts, talents, and resources to make a difference in the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in our community.
